  • Enjoyment - Year 1 Super Hero Day

    Fri 18 Jun 2021

The children have loved Super Hero Day today. It was a great opportunity for the children to show off their best costumes and have a lovely day together. This was supposed to be at the end of term but had to be brought forward as Mrs. Hewitt has to have surgery and will not be teaching her class from Monday. All the year 1 parents are aware of this change but I wanted to share it more widely too.

  • Reflection and Respect - World Ocean Day 2021

    Wed 16 Jun 2021

As a part of our Global Citizenship agenda, we ask the children to reflect about the damage humans are doing to the oceans in the world. Through geography, art and eco activities, the children learnt about where the oceans are, plastic pollution in the oceans and made pledges to ensure they do not add to it. A very informative and enjoyable day for all the children
