  Lady Bay Maths Ambassadors visit to Nottingham University

   

  The Maths ambassadors were treated to an excellent trip to Nottingham University Maths on Thursday 20th July.  They had a tour of the campus, listened to two fascinating 'maths-related' talks delivered by PhD students and created posters which they shared with professors from the university.  We were all really proud of their nerveless performances!  I would like to thank Maddy who was our Maths Ambassador from last year who did all of the organising.  She is excited about working with us in the future.

  

• Art Exhibition a great success on Tuesday 4th July

  The children have produced some excellent pieces of artwork under the guidance of Hazel and all of the staff. All of the children's work was framed and put on display in the Lower School Hall in the form of an art exhibition. Parents were then able to buy their child's piece of work and order extra copies.  We should thank the diligence and hard work of Louise Warren and Hazel to get the exhibition up and running!  Enjoy the photographs below:
