Wow! What a fantastic week!  The children have been getting excited about the forthcoming Olympics in Rio by undertaking a variety of sporty-themed activities.  As well as lots of excellent work taking place in the classrooms, the children took part in an olympic maths trail, a mini-olympics, a Road-to-Rio dance workshop and special themed assemblies.

On Friday 8th July, the children took part in a Spanish day which was organised by Senora Lopez.  Lots of fun was had by all and activities such as Spanish food tasting, a Salsa workshop, a Spanish dodgeball game and making Paella!  Thanks to the school kitchen for organising a special Spanish lunch as well!
