Reflection – NSPCC assembly

This week, we talked to the children about the NSPCC and their ‘Speak out, stay safe’ programme. The children discussed what different types of abuse they know and what types of worries children of their age may have. We talked about who a trusted adult is and what trusted adults they have in their lives. We watched a video on child line and saw a story about a child who was suffering abuse at home. It was a very informative session and the children left with a good understanding of what they should do if they or someone they know was being abused.
