Determination – Year 6 competitive cross-country event

Well done to the children in year 6 who entered the cross-country competition last Friday. It was a very cold and slippery day for running but that did not dampen their spirits. The boys all gave it their all and finished in very respectable positions. The girls were also all fantastic. A extra massive well done to Rosie who came first out of over 60 children, Daniela who finished second and to Emily who finished seventh. All 3 girls have qualified for a regional event in February. Well done to all the children who took part, they all represented the school brilliantly.
