'Our River' Children's photography challenge!

Andy Mason - ceramics workshops
Mon 22 Apr 2013120 children from Years 6, 5 & 4 had a great time designing, making and decorating clay tiles with professional ceramicist Andy Mason during four workshops this week.
Once fired, the finished tiles will be made into decorative panels based on the four elements; air, water, earth and fire.
The panels will be exhibited as part of the Lady Bay Arts Festival (18th/19th May) & afterwards will be kept in school as a permanent piece of artwork.

It's Healthy Eating Week!
Mon 15 Apr 2013This week, throughout the school, we will be learning all about eating healthily and sensibly. We started with an assembly to introduce the topic and we will be doing various activities during the week.

Mr Shelley, Gangnam Style!
Tue 15 Jan 2013Last Wednesday, January 9th, the children had a fantastic time at the Nottingham Playhouse watching Robin Hood: Babes in the Wood. However, the highlight seems to have been Mr Shelley on stage dancing Gangnam Style. Oh how we wish we had some photos!! -
Bye bye dull and boring, hello vibrant!
Sun 14 Oct 2012A group of parents kindly gave up their time on Saturday morning and transformed our dining hall. Armed with brushes, rollers and lots of enthusiasm, they all worked really hard to give our Dragon's Diner a much needed make over. Have look at the photos in the gallery to see what you think.
