All Hallows Church Visit

We visited All Hallows Church to learn about spirituality in Christian music as part of our RE topic. We took part in songs with actions to understand how music can help us feel part of a community, and reflect our moods and feelings. We also listened to how Christian music, hymns and psalms can help Christians through difficult times in their lives.

PGL Residential 2023

The Year 4s had a fantastic, windswept and occasionally wet, time at PGL. They were a credit to themselves and the school. Everyone tried something different and had a new experience. The staff were really proud of all the children throughout the experience. Have a look through our galleries below to see some of the activities we got up to!

Kingball Festival

A crack team of Y4s were dispatched to the first ever Rushcliffe Kingball festival at South Notts Academy. Despite being a new game to all of us, we managed to win 5 of our 6 games. Lots of accurate throwing and good catching on display to score points, and quickly developed tactics for blocking the opponents' points. Well done all!

PGL Residential Photos 2022!

We had a fantastic time on our first ever residential trip to PGL at Caythorpe Court in Lincolnshire. Everyone can be proud of how far they pushed themselves on the different activities, whether it was overcoming individual fears climbing and abseiling or working as a team in raft building and problem solving.
