  Thank you to Belinda Poon for inspiring all the staff with a fantastic art session. Everyone really enjoyed the activities and came away with some excellent ideas that they could use in their classrooms. A lovely breakfast too.

• Year 5/6 Cross Country

  On Thursday 11th October a team of 4 girls and a team of 4 boys from Year 5 participated in the Year 5/6 Relay Cross Country at Rushcliffe Country Park. Each member of the team had to run 1500m and then tag the next child. They all supported and encouraged each other throughout the whole event. The girls finished 13th out of 29 teams and the boys finished 27th out of 35 teams.

  

• Year 4 Tag Rugby Festival

  Two teams of Year 4 children from Lady Bay school enjoyed a Tag Rugby Festival at Lady Bay Sports Ground on Tuesday 2nd October.  Lots of schools took part and everybody enjoyed playing a variety of team games designed to improve rugby skills.  We scored lots of points and had great fun too.
