  This week, we talked to the children about Mental Health awareness week. We discussed the children’s understanding of what physical and mental health is and how they are linked. We discussed the idea that everyone has both physical and mental health and the reasons for ensuring both were looked after. We talked about what can impact your mental health and what strategies you can employ to support your mental health. A very important message and an assembly the children were very engaged with.
