Reflection and Curiosity – Assembly this week

It was International Dance day this week and to mark the occasion we invited Vanessa Oxspring in to talk to the children. Vanessa shared the benefits of dance for your mental health and wellbeing and that it is a great exercise too. We were also delighted that the year 1 and 2 children performed their dances from V Create and the year 6 children showed off their choreography which they will be showcasing at a Rushcliffe event in July. It was a fantastic assembly and a great way for children to see the health benefits of dance.
