Be Ready – Lady Bay going to Wembley
As you will no doubt be aware, the boys’ football team have had an incredible season and remain unbeaten. Winning the regional finals in March booked their place playing at Wembley on Monday 25th May. The EFL have said that they can pay £850 towards the transport costs. However, the coach there and back is going to cost us £2000. We are hoping over the next couple of weeks to run a fundraising event to try to support the cost for the parents. In addition to this, they played Ruddington St Peters in the Rushcliffe Large School cup on Monday. The boys were excellent again. They convincingly won the game 3-0 and are now in both school cup semi-finals. Well done boys.
