Growing together – building work on site

We are very excited with the progress being made in the outbuilding are also looking forward to having the playground back in its entirety for OPAL. The internal work is now complete and we are looking forward to furnishing it and using it for our Dragon’s afterschool club and for interventions during the day. The name of the new building will be the Dragon’s Den. We are very thankful to the Local Authority for supporting the project and to the LBSA for the funds raised too. A great addition to our school site. As part of the grant from the LA, we have to add to our external lighting and this will be addressed this half term.

We have also replaced some of the windows in the Lower School building. Due to the large cost of this, we are splitting the work over the next few years.
