Growing together – Assembly this week

This week, we focussed our assembly on our partnership work with the School for Hope. This linked with the British Values of Mutual respect and tolerance. We were delighted to welcome Holly and Rosa who work for the charity. Holly talked to the children about her visit to the School for Hope how our fundraising at the Spanish Café was being used to support children attending school. The children watched a video and picked out the similarities and differences between their school experience and the experience they have in Guatemala. It was a fantastic assembly and the children asked some really interesting questions. Holly and Rosa love visiting lady Bay and are really excited to join us again for our Spanish Café this year.
