Determination – Year 4 making onagers

As part of their D and T work and linked to their topic on the Romans, the children in year 4 have been making onagers this week. These were Roman siege weapons and the children will be writing about them in their English work soon. The children had to measure accurately, show great care whilst cutting using saws and glue the onager together using the hot glue gun (supervised of course). They were all very engaged with the task and really enjoying their learning. Well done year 4.
