Be Ready – Year 6 D and T

As part of their D and T work and linked to their topic, the children have been learning about foods from North and South America. The children worked together to make Guacamole. They had to be really careful to use their cutting skills and cut up different ingredients at roughly the same size. There were a few accidents when chopping but they all tried their hardest. It was the first time some of the children tried Guacamole and its fair to say that it had mixed reviews. A super D and T lesson.
