Be Ready – Year 4 science

The children in year 4 were looking at sound this week in their science lesson. They were considering which materials would be the best insulators to block out the sound of a ringing bell. The children were shown the different materials. They made predictions as to which they thought would block out he most sound and then had a go at investigating each one. Its fair to say it was a noisy experiment but one that the children really enjoyed.
