Be Ready – Year 4 Geography and D and T walk

The children in year 4 enjoyed a walk to the River Trent this week. They walked down to the Hook and along the river and looked at the features they could see of River Trent. They looked ar the environment around the river too. To support their D and T work, they then looked at Lady Bay bridge and worked in pairs to design what they thought the new foot bridge would look like. A super way to enrich geography and D and T.
