Be Ready – Assembly this week

In our assembly this week, we talked to the children about the protected characteristic of Religion or belief. We talked to the children about what different religions they knew and which they have learnt about in school. We discussed with the children why they believed it was important not to discriminate against someone because of their religion or beliefs. We also had a visit from Imran who talked to the children about the work that Muslin Hands to support those in need in Nottingham. We will be supporting Muslim Hands with donations for the harvest this year. If you have any harvest donation, please bring them to your child’s classroom on Monday or Tuesday.
