We have had another great week of OPAL and we have been so lucky with the weather too. I completed training with the Play Team this week which included safeguarding and how to keep the children safe at lunchtime.
The music has been incredibly popular this week and it has been nice to see so many children singing and dancing on the playground. We had a Deputy from another school working with us on Thursday and her feedback was really positive about lunchtime. The fact that so mnay children are happy, engaged in play and having a good time was really highlighted.
We are still accepting donations for OPAL. We are particularly looking for anything that could be used in the scooter area. Scooters, Ride Ons, Skateboards and anything with wheels. This area is really popular and some of the equipment gets broken because it is used so much.
