A huge thank you to Ms Hewitt for organising the year 5 and 6 girls’ football festival this week. Ms Hewitt asked me to share the following – On Monday afternoon, these fabulous footballers enjoyed a football festival at the field. The girls played short games of 7 minutes against Flintham, Bunny and Tollerton. We created an extra pitch so all girls could enjoy non-stop football. The games were played with a friendly and positive attitude from all the girls at the festival. The sun shone, Harry Styles sang in the background and cakes were shared at the end. A fitting send off to the year 6 footballers.
