Be Ready – Year 5 Greek Day

This week, the children in year 5 took part in a Greek Day to support their topic work. They started the day making Tzatziki (with the help of Stella – thank you) and tried this with pitta bread. They learnt how to write their names in Greek, acted out Ancient Greek plays and myths and rounded off the day with come Greek Pottery designing. The children had a brilliant day and they will no doubt remember lots form it. Thank you to the year 5 team for organising
