Be Ready – Year 3 trip to Creswell Crags

To support their understanding of their topic on the Stone Age, the children in year 3 went on a super trip to Creswell Crags this week. They went underground into the caves, which they all found very exciting. They leant how to do Stone Age art and created their own pictures. They learnt how to hunt using spears and also created their own shelters in the forests. It was a fantastic day and a great way to support their understanding of their topic
