Well done to Pierrepont House who won the Dragon’s reward for this half term. It was very close this half term with only 30 Dragon’s Gold between them and Trent. The children were treated to an art session with some ex-students of Lady Bay. They were given the opportunity to take part in a clay workshop. They all tried really hard and enjoyed the workshop. The students took them to finish off and then we are hoping the children will be able to take them home.
Well done to all the children from Adbolton house for collecting the most Dragon’s Gold this half term. The children received a fantastic treat this week. We invited in Claire and her friends to meet the children. The children met Shelley the tortoise and learnt about the difference between turtles and tortoises. They met Zeus the python. Zeus was shedding his skin which the children found fascinating. They all loved holding him too. The children also met an African snail, a hissing cockroach and a millipede who was fond of pooing on their hands. A super afternoon and a great Dragon Reward. Thank you, Mrs Keane, for organising.
Well done to Pierrepont House who received their treat this week. The children were treated to Pancake Mania. They played some games first including pancake races and how many flips you can do in a minute. The children then had the chance to make their ultimate pancake with lots of different toppings. It is fair to say, they thoroughly enjoyed this reward.
A slight delay to Trent’s skateboarding treat due to the snow, but once we got the go ahead, there was no stopping them showing off their skills!
Seymour hit the target this half -term and won the archery reward!
